What eBay can do for small businesses! Our VIP guest is Jordan Sweetnam, eBay’s Vice President of Seller Experience.
Griff and Lee discussed the Spring Seller Update’s fee and listing feature changes, which go into effect tomorrow, May 1. In addition Griff told us about an exciting new eBay Radio feature that launches next Tuesday, May 5, starring Coach Jack (Jack Dalton, eBay’s Senior Analyst for Pricing). Coach Jack will take a look behind the scenes at the back end of your eBay store or listings and suggest ways to tweak your selling strategies to save you money and hopefully increase your views and conversions. To have your store or listings considered for review by Coach Jack, send email ASAP to [email protected] with your eBay seller ID.
Lee also announced that there will be an eBay webinar next Wednesday, May 6, on Promotions Manager, the new tool for eBay Store subscribers; register now (because these webinars sell out quickly) at http://www.ebay.com/webinars.
Be sure to enter the Original Hipster Mom Sweepstakes before May 10, for a chance to win $1,000 and a Mother’s Day feature on eBay’s home page. Just follow @eBay on Instagram; post a picture of your mom with hash tags #eBayOGHipsterMom and #sweeps; and tell eBay why your mother is the original hipster mom.
