You may be considering getting a coach or a mentor to help your growth as a business owner. What’s the difference between the 2? A coach usually offers a short-term, task-oriented program and may concentrate on one issue, such as getting organized or helping with time management. A mentor, on the other hand, is more about having an important and honest relationship with the mentee over a long period of time. They’ve been there, done that…and they care about your future. The mentor gives you guidance and encouragement. Whether you opt for a coach or a mentor, don’t be afraid to ask for help!
